This is our MOJO to build this online store. We want to make sure that all of our customers are happy shipping with us. Thus, whatever happen, we will always have a positive solution to ensure that you'll be happy.

30 day return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make sure your return goes smoothly, please send the product back with both the original product box and the shipping box. Everything should be in the same condition as when you received it. If the product or boxes are damaged during return shipping, we won’t be able to accept the return. 

How to request a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nailbolsa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • The original shipping fee is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee for any return/exchange request.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct a flat $9.99 fee to cover the original shipping cost. You will receive a full refund of your order total, minus the $9.99 shipping fee.
  • There is no return or exchange for liquid, full lines of duo gel, trio set or powder. All of these orders will be final.
  • If there is any mistake made by us, we will send a replacement order, or issue a refund, and cover the return shipping fee. Otherwise, if you change your mind and want to return or exchange your order, please pay the return shipping fee plus any additional fee that my occur.
  • There is NO RESTOCKING FEE on returns or exchanges. For orders that received free shipping, we only deduct a flat $9.99 fee to cover the original shipping cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
